Community Manager Vacancy at the Innovation Hub


The Innovation Hub is actively developing and seeking a talented and proactive Community Manager to promote innovation and entrepreneurship at the university.

About Us:

The Innovation Hub of Zhytomyr Polytechnic is an ecosystem for developing innovative projects, commercializing scientific research, and supporting student, postgraduate, and researcher entrepreneurship initiatives.

The Hub offers a wide range of services, including:

  • Infrastructure: laboratories, equipment, co-working spaces, access to patent information.
  • Expert assistance: consultations on innovation, commercialization, and intellectual property.
  • Support programs: accelerators, scholarships, competitions, startup schools.
  • Collaboration opportunities: partnerships with businesses, investors, and research institutions.

Community Manager Responsibilities:

  • Organization and conduct of events:
    • Prepare a plan and concept for events related to the development of the innovation ecosystem (seminars, conferences, workshops, hackathons).
    • Communicate with speakers, partners, and event participants.
    • Coordinate promotion and media support for events.
    • Report on event results.
  • Monitoring of international programs and opportunities:
    • Check and analyze international programs and opportunities related to innovation ecosystem development.
    • Prepare information materials and recommendations for participation in international programs.
  • Maintenance and development of the Innovation Hub website and social networks:
    • Fill the website with up-to-date news, events, projects, and other information related to the Hub’s activities.
    • Create and publish interesting and informative articles, blogs, and other text materials for the website and social networks.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Interest in the development of the university’s innovation ecosystem.
  • 2-3 year student.
  • Text writing and content creation skills.
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian at the C1/C2 level.
  • English proficiency at the B1 level or higher.
  • Ability to work independently and organize their time.
  • Ability to take responsibility for the results of their work (ownership).
  • Creativity and initiative.
  • Understanding of working with online platforms and project management tools (desired).
  • Experience working with websites and social networks (desired).
